The Art of Medicine: Self-Portrait without Breasts (Discussion & Public Debate, St George’s, University of London, 25 Nov 2014)

‘The Art of Medicine: Self-Portrait without Breasts’ presents poet Clare Best’s personal journey through preventive double mastectomy. Experts from UCL and St George’s, University of London’s ethics team will also discuss the topic in this opportunity for members of the local community to discover more on the cross-over between medicine, science and the arts.

The event takes place on Monday 25 November at 6pm in boardroom H5 in Hunter Wing, St George’s, University of London. Please download the Self-portrait Without Breasts Flyer for more information.

All are welcome so come along and learn about how St George’s, University of London is discovering the cross-over between these areas and enjoy some light refreshments. Please register via e-mail by Thursday 21 November.
