Can the humanities influence the clinical science of breathlessness? (Conference panel, Edinburgh, 13 September 2016)

Jane Macnaughton, Co-Director of Durham University Centre for Medical Humanities, will be giving a talk at the Edinburgh International Conference of Medicine. She will be presenting current work in medical humanities that explores the symptom of breathlessness. Her talk will explain how interdisciplinary interactions between the arts, humanities, social science, clinical medicine and clinical science might influence clinical practice and research. Jane will be contributing to the panel discussion on Holistic Advances.
